Trauma & Inner Child Work

Understanding and Healing the Impact of Early Experiences

Trauma and inner child work focuses on how early experiences — particularly those within family and close relationships — continue to shape emotional responses, self-beliefs and patterns of relating in adulthood.
This work is not about blaming parents or reliving the past. It is about understanding how younger parts of the self learned to adapt, survive and make sense of the world, and how those adaptations may no longer be serving you.

Jeremy offers trauma-informed, compassionate therapy that supports clients to reconnect with these parts safely and at their own pace.
